Recruiting prospective employees for entry

you are hiring from not so known campuses. At SkillRoots MaxLearn
after careful research and studies we found out that the training
given to students in their respective Business Schools or
Technology Institutions is just not enough to meet the rising
expectations of Corporates in the booming economy.
At SkillRoots MaxLearn we train (See Various
Employability Enhancement Products) these students enrolled
in the Professional Programs (Business &IT) at various
Institutions in India to make them highly employable for recruiters.
Instead of going to different institutions
for recruiting fresh talent through campus companies can come
to us and recruit the freshers who is equipped with all the
relevant Skills which is required to perform from day one.
Our approach is to ensure that our talent is well trained
in the relevant domains and verticals and can adjust well
in different companies they will work for.
How We Train Our Participants
Using a set of 20 different training, assessment
and skills-audit methodologies, like BASE, Cockpit,
Sphere, BrassTacks etc., we seek to develop participants’
employability for carefully identified sectors/ verticals
and domains.
Over a duration ranging from 80-350 hours,
SkillRoots MaxLearn programs inculcate between 25-90 performance-critical
skillsets in fresh entry level Professionals.
The training delivery takes place along the
rigorous ALRD model, that has “learning
Sensors” built-into every stage. Punctuated by a set
of 300-600 exercises, all SkillVarsity programs focus on “ceaseless
practice” for “positive habits & reflexes
creation”.
Recruit a SuccessLap Skillvarsity Trained
Professional
There are many ways for recruiting a SuccessLap
SkillVarsity trained professional:
- The Companies can come early (August/Sept)
to identify the talent they are willing to recruit, and
after their confirmation we will train those identified
talents in the relevant modules specific to the company
apart from the regular modules.
- The Companies can participate in the SuccessLap
Skillvarsity recruitment process which is held
on an ongoing basis from November to April every year.
- The companies can also recruit summer interns
for all their divisions to work on live business projects
in a variety of functions. Each intern from SuccessLap SkillVarsity
can work closely with his/her guide on clearly defined project
deliverables that can also be assessed in the middle or
after the internship.
- The companies can also recruit for their
Management Trainee Program from our talent pool of brilliant
Business graduates. These trainees can be identified during
the month of October to December every year to enable them
undergo a structured immersion program prepared by SkillRoots
MaxLearn in consultation with the recruiting companies which
helps them perform better in their respective assignments.
